Bulk Infrastructure is seeking a Project Director for our site in Esbjerg, Denmark to lead critical initiatives and support the company’s long-term growth.

As we plan major expansion at our Esbjerg site, you’ll have the opportunity to lead several high-impact projects and develop and grow your own project team.

As our Project Director in Esbjerg your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners.
  
• Develop project plans and resource strategies, ensuring design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities are coordinated.
  
• Manage project budgets and contracts in collaboration with commercial and finance teams, ensuring cost control, value protection, and risk mitigation.
  
• Act as the primary representative to clients, partners, authorities, and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with HSSE standards, legal requirements, and governance frameworks.
  
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who are you?

You are a decisive and experienced project manager who thrives in complex environments. With strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, you bring clarity to challenges and structure to ambiguity. You plan and organize effectively, set clear priorities, and build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

What you bring:

• A Master´s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.

• Extensive experience in project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role delivering large-scale capital projects (e.g. data centres, infrastructure, industrial construction).

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project lifecycles from early-stage planning through to commissioning and handover.

• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in English and Danish (written and verbal).

Your primary workplace will be our Esbjerg site, with occasional travel expected.
