As our Operations Transition Manager you will be a bridge between our project teams and operations, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly from day one of handover. Your work will directly determine how successfully our infrastructure serves our requirements, from construction to operations, and build the foundation that enables reliable, efficient operations for years to come.

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Leading comprehensive operational readiness planning
• Developing and executing detailed maintenance programs for all critical assets, forming the backbone of long-term reliability
• Planning and coordinating staffing, budgets, and resource allocation for new facilities
• Actively participating in testing and commissioning activities, providing operational insight to technical validation
• Creating asset management strategies for critical spare parts, consumables, and specialized equipment
• Securing contracts with critical third-party providers and maintenance services
• Driving risk management initiatives, identifying and mitigating operational challenges before they impact performance
• Creating comprehensive documentation, training programs, and knowledge-transfer processes for operational teams

Who are you?
You are a structured and adaptable professional with strong planning and organizational skills. With integrity and self-management at the core, you collaborate effectively across teams and stay flexible when priorities shift. You keep safety awareness front and center, ensuring smooth and reliable handovers from project to operations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  
• Minimum 10 years of operations and maintenance experience in industrial, offshore, or mission-critical environments
  
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management software
  
• Experience with asset management
  
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  
• Valid driver's license (Class B)

It will be advantageous if you bring:

• Data center or mission-critical facility experience
• Contract management and procurement expertise, particularly for technical services
• HSE leadership experience and strong safety mindset
• Familiarity with BIM, ServiceNow, CMMS/CAFM systems, Power BI, or similar tools
